We may process Personal Data relating to You if one of the following applies:

  • You have given Your consent for one or more specific purposes. Note: Under some jurisdictions, We may be allowed to process Personal Data until You object to such processing (“opt-out”), without relying on consent or any other legal bases. • processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Us or by a third party.

In any case, We will gladly help to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular, whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement or a condition necessary to enter into a contract.

We will retain and use Your Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to keep Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of Our Service. We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by Your submission of such information, represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data are treated securely and by this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of Your data and other personal information.
